I understand that the quality of our relationships with those closest to us is critical in having a working support system, a place for healing, and maintaining our overall wellbeing. I enjoy working with people to help bring relief and gain empowerment from relational issues, sexual abuse, anxiety, emotional stress, and depression. I primarily work with adults and sometimes their family members in gaining control of situations that dramatically interfere with their daily life.
